PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A bicyclist was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash on I-205 at Northeast Prescott Street Thursday morning.
Southbound lanes of I-205 were closed for hours Thursday morning, causing a major backup for commuters from Washington. The highway has reopened.
Police said no citations have been issued.
