PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A wanted man nicknamed “Monster” was captured after weeks on the run at a Southwest Portland hotel Friday afternoon.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said Marcos “Monster” Jaimes-Radilla was taken into custody by the Tactical Negotiations Team after getting a tip that he was there.
Jaimes-Radilla was wanted for three outstanding warrants and was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly fled the Bethany area on August 25 in a stolen vehicle while deputies were searching for him.

Deputies previously said the 25-year-old was wanted for failing to appear in court on theft and burglary charges. They also said he was a person of interest in a car theft case.
