Nike unveils hands-free shoe

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Nike released a new shoe this week that requires no hands to put on.

The GO FlyEase is an accessible solution, the Oregon-based company said.

“Behind the shoe’s smooth motion is a bi-stable hinge that enables the shoe to be secure in fully open and fully closed states,” a news release said.

The shoe won’t be available to consumers until later this year.
