PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man has been detained following a shooting near Northwest Cornelius Pass Road and NW Germantown Road just before 3 p.m. Friday.
Police arrested 51-year-old Todd W. Borino for unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
According to Washington County Sheriff’s Office, a man was driving his truck in the area when bullets struck his windshield and side window.
On the scene, police heard gunshots and suspect Borino fired between 80 to 100 times from different guns.
Officials said Borino also shot at a drone used by the Remotely Operated Vehicle Team assisting with the incident.
Authorities temporarily shut down NW Cornelius Pass Road between NW West Union Road and NW Germantown Road while deputies investigated.
Police said Borino was detained just after 5:30 p.m. and noted no one was injured from the shooting.
